Description

The El Slavador nation is directly south, and one of the neighbors of the renown country of Guatamala. It sits on a very fertile volcanic plateau and lays nestled against the Pacific ocean making perfect conditions for phenomenal coffee. The El Salvador coffee plantations are known for producing a very nice coffee that has a rather soft, subdued but complex flavor. The coffee has a medium body with hints of caramel, fruit, and floral notes allowing its finish to be soft and linger with sweetness. The El Salvador Coffee estate we have chosen uses 100% Bourbon plants which has a lower yield per tree but offers a superior taste. This coffee is a very, very fine coffee.
