Description

Del Patron is selected from some of the finest high altitude plantations using only Bourbon & Caturra varieties of coffee plants. It comes from NariÒo , the southernmost province of Colombia. This is "heart of the crop" coffee and limited to approximately 6,000 bags per year. Imported from the owners of Finca La Minita and prepared according to the strict Costa Rican "Euro-prep" standards, this coffee is distinct from any other Colombian coffee. The forward flavor Is balanced with body; acidic but clean.
